ADG Jiu-Jitsu offers classes throughout the week for students of all ages and experience levels. Our schedule includes programs for children, teens, adults, and competitors, with both Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu training.

Class Descriptions
Flow & Power
A morning class designed to build strength, conditioning, and movement through structured drills and positional training.
Little Samurai (Ages 4–7)
Our Little Samurai program introduces young students to Jiu-Jitsu through fun, structured classes that develop coordination, discipline, and confidence.
Junior Samurai (Ages 8–13)
Students begin learning deeper Jiu-Jitsu techniques, problem-solving skills, and teamwork while building strong foundations in martial arts.
Adult Gi Classes
Traditional Jiu-Jitsu training using the gi. These classes focus on technique, positional strategy, and live sparring.
Adult No-Gi Classes
Faster-paced grappling without the traditional gi. No-Gi training emphasizes wrestling-based control, submissions, and modern grappling strategies.
Ladies Classes
Our women’s classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment where women can train Jiu-Jitsu, build confidence, and improve fitness. Classes alternate between gi and no-gi.
Open Mat
Open training sessions where students can drill techniques, spar, and work on their individual progress.
